Gabriel Nevills has been a personal trainer for 2 years, NASM certified, and a basketball coach for over 10 years. He is a Portland native and developed a love for fitness early in life playing sports and generally not being able to sit still. Gabriel specializes in training young athletes to build strength, confidence, and sport specific skill and performance as well as training for strength and weight loss in adults with a focus on fundamentals and nutrition. His coaching style is positive and encouraging and he believes in the power of building good habits and routines through consistency which will lead to meaningful and lasting change.
