Patty Dominguez is 36 and is from Veracruz, Mexico. She has a very strong work ethic and has always been very passionate about helping people. From her 20’s to her 30’s, she was overweight and making very unhealthy lifestyle choices. She decided that it was the time to make a lifestyle change by joining the local gym. Being a single mother of four kids and having pre-existing health conditions, it was very difficult to achieve her fitness goals. Later in her journey, she became involved at Intrinsic as a personal training client. Trainer Jake really inspired her and knew how to push her the right way. Fitness soon became her passion, helping her feel better and stronger. Exercise had a huge impact on her mental health, and Patty continues to advocate to push more people toward exercise to manage stress and anxiety. Good health should be accessible to all so all can feel happy from the inside out! She can proudly say that she am the healthiest version of herself to date. To coach and train people who were once in my shoes and to change their life fills her heart and soul. She loves what Intrinsic is and what it represents and she's proud to be a part of it!
