FAQ's

  • Is this a Crossfit Gym?
    No, we are not affiliated with Crossfit. Although we use the same equipment, we teach functional movements as well as athletic training. We are a clean, hassle free, positive, and motivating exercise experience.
  • Is this a membership gym?
    Yes, we offer a daily variety of classes to all of our members. You do not have to be a member in order to use the gym. You can also access the gym by scheduling a training session with a personal trainer.
  • What is a "Drop in Fee"?"
    The drop-in day fee is $20.00. This allows you access to membership classes.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    We make it simple! Email, write a letter, or stop in to sign a form. A 30 day cancellation notice is required.
  • Can I bring someone?
    Yes, book on our home page or on the MINDBODY APP for your first free class. You can aslo contact Michael Directly at 503-793-8515.
  • What are the business hours?
    Typically trainers start at 5am with clients. We see a break in the middle of the day and a busier time in the evenings. Weekends and anytime after 8pm are typically slower. Members and clients have access to the gym 24/7.
  • What classes do you offer?
    Our classes feature a variety of modalities including Mobility/Stability, HITT, Barbells, Dumbells, Kettlebells, TRX, Bands, and MORE!
  • Where do I find the Group Class schedule?
    Our schedule can be found on the MINDBODY APP or on our homepage where it says "SCHEDULE".
  • What services do you offer?
    We offer classes, personal/partner training, nutrition and corrective exercise rehabilitation.
  • Do you offer nutritional coaching?
    While we don’t have a registered dietitian on staff, we can still give nutritional recommendations within our scope of practice. Contact us for more information. Also, check out our online coaching. We use Evolution Nutrition for our software to manage our nutriton coaching programs.
